NOT KNOWN FACTUAL STATEMENTS ABOUT BEST 9MM HANDGUNS

I'm able to only echo that. 1 may be "much better" than another depending on the requirements. Generally, the 9mm has my vote and I individual much more 9mm handguns than .40S&W.
